General Terms of Use

ARTICLE 1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") define the legal framework for the provision of services on the website Aubienetre-cransac.fr and their use by the User.
The Terms must be accepted by any User wishing to access the Site. They constitute the contract between the Site and the User. Access to the Site by the User implies acceptance of these Terms.
If the User does not accept these Terms, they must refrain from using the services provided by the Site.
Aubienetre-cransac.fr reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these Terms at any time.

The website Aubienetre-cransac.fr is published by Mr. Alexandre FLAVIER.
The Publication Director is Mr. Alexandre FLAVIER.
The host of the website Aubienetre-cransac.fr is MICROPULSE, a limited liability company (SARL) with a capital of €7,500, registered at 26, Rue Henri FABRE, 12100 MILLAU.

ARTICLE 3 : Definitions
This clause defines the essential terms of the contract :
- User : Any person who uses the Site or any of the services offered by the Site.
- User Content : Data transmitted by the User on the Site.
- Member : A User becomes a Member when they are identified on the Site.
- Username and Password : The set of information required to identify a User on the Site. The username and password allow the User to access services reserved for Members. The password is confidential.

ARTICLE 4: Access to Services
- The purpose of the Service is to provide information about some of the company’s activities.

For non-members:

Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the network or server shall not engage the liability of Aubienetre-cransac.fr.
Access to the Site’s services may be interrupted, suspended, or modified at any time without notice for maintenance or any other reason. The User agrees not to claim any compensation following the interruption, suspension, or modification of this contract.

ARTICLE 5: Intellectual Property

The User must obtain prior authorization from the Site for any reproduction, publication, or copying of content.

Any content published by the User is their sole responsibility. The User agrees not to publish content that may infringe the interests of third parties. Any legal action taken by an injured third party against the Site shall be the User’s responsibility.

ARTICLE 7: Liability and Force Majeure

The User must keep their password confidential. Any disclosure of the password, in any form, is prohibited.
The User assumes all risks related to the use of their username and password. The Site disclaims all liability.
Any use of the service by the User that directly or indirectly results in damage must be compensated in favor of the Site.
The Site does not guarantee optimal security and confidentiality of transmitted data. However, the Site commits to implementing all necessary means to ensure the best possible security and confidentiality of data.
The Site’s liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or due to the unpredictable and insurmountable actions of a third party.

ARTICLE 8: Hypertext Links
The Site contains many outbound hypertext links. However, the web pages accessed via these links are in no way the responsibility of Aubienetre-cransac.fr, which has no control over these links.
The User is therefore prohibited from holding the Site liable for the content and resources related to these outbound hypertext links.

The Site reserves the right to modify the clauses stipulated in this contract at any time.

ARTICLE 10: Duration
The duration of these General Terms and Conditions of Use is indefinite. The contract takes effect for the User from the moment they use the service.

ARTICLE 11: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute between the parties that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Rodez shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 12: User Publications
The Site exercises a posteriori moderation on publications and reserves the right to refuse their publication without having to justify its decision to the User.
The Site cannot be held responsible for content published through this service. However, if the Site is contacted to remove unlawful content, it commits to doing so as soon as possible if the request is legitimate.
If identified, the User retains full intellectual property rights over their content.
